Symptoms
W-4 PDF feature works for one company and appears to not work for the other company.
Once setup this should work for all companies - as long as the Company Mapping is created for both companies.
The employee affected receives an email message with an error when they attempt to update their State Tax Data.
Message:
Subject: Your Tax Withholding Request Has Failed.
Your tax withholding request on <Date/Time> for the following Company and Jurisdiction has failed:
Company: <Company Name>
Jurisdiction: <State>
Please contact your Payroll Administrator for assistance. This is a system-generated email message that cannot accept incoming-email. Please do not reply to this message.
