Goal

After upgrading PUM 31 with fixes for Bugs 30218855 and 30308277 already been applied, should we be seeing rows in this record where EOAWTHREAD_STATUS <> 'P', or once distributed should this record be cleared out only showing AWE payable time entries needing approval?
