When the job posting is opened by a user, the URL in the address bar is not a direct URL to the job posting. If a user were to copy and paste this URL to share it with someone else or bookmark the job posting using the web browser, the link/bookmark is not correct for the job posting, but rather goes to careers, view all jobs/search jobs page instead.

How can the direct URL be displayed in the web browser to users?

The only way at the moment to share the URL to the job posting is to use the "email a friend" functionality to generate the URL.
