Symptoms
Issue:
The Approver Send Back comments are not stored on EX APRVL HIST table when an Approver does not select the first line of an expense report.
Replication Steps:
1) Create and submit an expense report with multiple lines.
2) As an Approver do not select the tick box associated with the first line of the expense report. Check any combination of the other tick boxes on the report.
4) Click Send back and add comments.
