Symptoms

Online Confirmation Statements errors when using the same Run Control Id that was used for Print Enrollment Statements but for a different employee.

ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_BAS_STMT_SUMM) violated




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Print Enrollment Statements for one employee using Run Control '1'. Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Participant Enrollment > Print Enrollment Statements
2. Run the Online Confirmation Statements for a different employee using the same Run Control '1'.  Navigation:  Workforce Administrator > Benefits Administrator > Online Confirmation Statements
3. Run the Online Confirmation Statements a second time using the same Run Control and employee.
