Symptoms
When attempting to search in online PeopleSoft pages,
the following error occurs: "A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details". In addition, during the SQL error the App server log shows Stmt #: 5500 Error Position: 60 Return: 1427 - ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row.
To reproduce the error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to People Tools --> Web profile History
2. Click on search
3. "A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details"
