Error 'Field is Required: SSF_RUN_HECS_E - OPRID (124,64)' Occurs Editting Existing SA-HELP Deferral Run Control Used to Process by Emplid (Doc ID 2608600.1)

Symptoms

Modifying the SA-HELP Deferral run control page, when the page has been set to run for an emplid, causes an error.   Removing a row on the run control page for the emplid previously processed, entering in a new emplid, and clicking Save causes error 'Field is Required: SSF_RUN_HECS_E - OPRID (124,64)'

Using a new run control each time allows the process to be run.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.  Note the specific sequence of steps needed to cause the error.

1. Navigate to Student Financials, Tuition and Fees, Australian Loan Processing, Process SA-HELP Deferral
2. Select an existing run control used with process option 'By Student Id'
3. Click the - sign to delete the row for the previous student id
4. Enter a new student id
