When attempting to run a Compare Report, the following error occurs.

Error #32 occurred while trying to open the Debug Log File [E:\temp\DB_Compare_Trace]. 716. Please choose a writable path for Debug Log File.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application Designer.
2. Open the Project that is going to be used to perform the Compare.
3. Run the Compare process.
4. Error occurs:
    "Error #32 occurred while trying to open the Debug Log File [E:\temp\DB_Compare_Trace]. 716. Please choose a writable path for Debug Log File."
