Symptoms

Duplicate employee filter fields are displayed on the fluid timesheet when user is acting as a proxy for another manager.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Accept delegation for Reported Time from another manager
2. Go to Team Time tile
3. Click the Filter button
