Students Not Able to Add a Class to the Shopping Cart When Class Selected from My Requirements and Planner (Doc ID 2609323.1)

Enroll by My Requirements and Planner is not allowing students to add a class to the shopping cart.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Select My Requirements/My Planner, then click on Search
2. Choose a Class from the Requirement Page or from the Planner
3. Click on a Class Section Link 
4. Click on Section link to go into the “Class Details” page
5. Click on “Select Class”
