 This is a living document to assist customers as PeopleSoft delivers program modifications for the new IRS Form W-4 for 2020.

 When will PeopleSoft deliver changes to accommodate IRS Form W-4 for 2020?
 Do we need to be current on PeopleSoft 9.2 Image 32 to apply the changes for the 2020 Form W-4?
 Will the 2020 Federal W-4 be delivered in a separate patch or only with the PRP for 19-E?
 I heard we would need to get a password to get the rates updated in our test environment? Can you clarify?
 Are you adding/deleting fields from any other core tables besides FED_TAX_DATA?
 Will all employees be required to fill out a new W-4 form for 2020?
 Will all W-4 status default to 0 as of 1/1/2020 until the employee updates their new W4?
 Will the classic self-service W-4 page be a new component, or an update to the old component?
 Are the self service classic pages going to support both 2019 and 2020?
 How do you recommend we test the new W4 form in self service prior to applying to our Production environment if it won't show until 1/1/2020?
 If an employee has an existing allowance and has not filled out a 2020 W-4, will the calc still include that allowance or will it be ignored?
 Has the IRS provided any information about how Lock in letters will look in the future?
 For EE's hired prior to 12/31/19, what prevents those employees from continuing to update the '2019 or prior' W4 form and not use the new W4?
 Will links to the IRS worksheets be provided on the Employee Self Service page?
 Can we continue with 2019 calculations if we don't have Tax Update 19-E in production by January 1?
 What edits, if any, will be delivered regarding the effective date, and the W-4 form version being used?
 Do employers have responsibility to inform employees anything specifically related to the new Form W-4?
 How are the other withholding elements getting updated in self-service?
