Last updated on NOVEMBER 19, 2019

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

What is the &color value format in SetCellHeaderStyle below? What format is this and what does it represent? Is it the font color? If the format is RGB then there should be three values not just one.

Reference in PeopleBooks:

Home (PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.57) > Products > Development Tools > PeopleCode API Reference > PSSpreadsheet Class > PSSpreadsheet Class Methods > SetCellHeaderStyle

This is a Indexed color value, equivalent to Apache POI library XSSFColor Index.

To set the red color, We need to pass value equivalent to IndexedColors.RED.getIndex().

&rownum = 2;
&colnum = 2;
&red = 100;
&green = 100;
&blue = 100;
&boldweight = 10;
&color = 100;
&fontheight = 10;
&fontname = "Helvetica";
&ssObject.SetCellHeaderStyle(&rownum, &colnum, &red, &green, &blue, &boldweight, &color, &fontheight, &fontname);
