Quantity and Ship To for an External Punchout Item is not Initially Populating on the Associated Schedule Line on Fluid Requisition (Doc ID 2610108.1)

Symptoms

The quantity and ship to for an external item is not initially populating on the schedule line associated to the external punchout item so we cannot save or submit the requisition.

If the checkout page is refreshed by continue shopping and then going back into the checkout page, the ship to and the quantity populate on the schedule line and able to submit the requisition.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Navigate to fluid eProcurement > Create Requisition
2) Click on Web Suppliers
3) Clicked on any punchout link or marketplace link
4) Added an item
5) Submit order
6) Now click on Schedule icon
7) No Ship to and Quantity populated
