Errant Lines of data displaying for Manager Self Service fluid approvals

Getting bad lines of data  on top of page in Manager Self Service Fluid Approvals for payable time  after applying image 30. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as approver and go to Manager self service fluid payable time approval.
2. On Summary page , click on select all check box to select all the lines.
3. Uncheck the Select All checkbox
4. Transaction lines in the document are pushed to the top of the page when checkboxes are turned ON and OFF, or canceling an approval action and returning to the page.
