E-NV: nVision Drilldown on Web Gives Error 'Prompt Value Missing'. (Doc ID 2610887.1)

When attempting to run nVision Drilldown from web for layouts that have Query Prompts the following error occurs:

'Prompt value missing. Please provide all the prompt values and re-run the report'.

Drilldown works fine for nVision layouts that do not have a Query with Prompts.
