Symptoms

Paycheck Taxes Section Is Not Printing Detail Lines for FLSA Overflow Earnings Code with Earns Dates Spanning full Fiscal Year for California in Specific Cases

Customer pays out a Clothing Allowance once a Fiscal Year, using Earnings Begin and End Dates that encompass 12 months.  This Earnings Code uses FLSA and the Employees that use the Earnings Code use Time and Labor Project Costing.

To get all of the Earnings to be processed for this scenario, Customer has had to customize by increasing Array Sizes for the COPYBOOKS: PSCEARRY, PSCEFLSA, PSCTMERY, PSCRFERY  From from 1000 to 2700, and customized the COBOL Program PSPMFLSA.cbl to update the 02 MAX-EARRY-COUNT from 1000 to 2700.

With the above changes, for some employees the customer is seeing taxes for California (And possibly other States) not printing in overflow.

Changes

The Flat Sum Bonus change for California and the Alternate Overtime rules was added to the Pay Check print process.
