Symptoms

Resources link is not displayed on Fluid Benefit Summary (Navigation: Employee Self Service> Benefit Details> Fluid Benefit Summary) for an employee who is currently assigned to a Benefit Program that is configured for the Resources link to be displayed but the employee was also previously assigned to a Benefit Program where the Resources link was not configured.
