Individual Activity Management (IAM) Gen Using Student Enroll Performance Issue (Doc ID 2612174.1)

Symptoms

In PeopleSoft Enterprise Campus Solutions Release 9.2, when a user attempts to enroll using IAM Gen Using Student Enroll the SSR_IAM_ENR application engine process takes between 2 -3 hours to complete for each run. 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Individual Activity Manager > IAM Gen using Student Enroll
2. Add New Run Control ID
3. Select Institution, Enable Population Selection Check Box
4. Select PS Query , Enter prompt values
5. Run the SSR_IAM_ENR AE Process
