E-PC: Issue When Using PSSpreadsheet Class Methods SetCellString and/or SetFieldFormula on Date Columns: as of Certain Number of Rows/Columns, it Loses The Formatting. (Doc ID 2612424.1)

Symptoms

When using PeopleCode's PSSpreadsheet Class Methods SetCellString and SetFieldFormula on date columns, the pre-defined formatting of the cells are lost, after a number of processed rows/columns.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Application Engine that generates an Excel spreadsheet, through PeopleCode Class PSSpreadsheet, using SetCellString and/or SetFieldFormula on date columns.
2. Run the Process to generate a file that handles over 10000 rows
3. At around line 6545, the dates cells lose their formatting.
    What was supposed to be shown as: 10/16/2015, shows as 42293.
