While implementing the HCM-CRM self service integration that has been introduced as part of <Bug 27497660> , users reported they were unable to search for HR_RC_FIND_HELP and HR_RC_MYCASE service IDs in HCM.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Portal > Related Content Service > Define Related Content Service
2. Search for service to replicate the issue.
