Goal

Can Read Only Comment boxes be Configured to have a Maximize Icon: to enable the Content of the Comment Box to be Entirely Seen?

In any ePerformance documents as delivered, if an employee accesses and views the comments entered by a manager, the comments will be displayed as read only. Similarly if a manager accesses the ePerformance Document they see the comments entered by their employee, which are displayed as read only. 

In Read Only mode there is no Maximize Icon on the Comments section, when the comments exceed the space in the section, not all the comments can be seen.
