Why intermediary banking information is not deleted automatically when users are changing the banking country field under below navigation path?

- Travel and Expenses/ Manage Employee Information/ Update Profile - Bank Accounts tab- Bank Account Info - change Bank Account field:
Result: Intermediary Bank Routings screen has details from the previous Country, not from the one just selected.
