Fluid Open Enrollment Contact Tool Bar Is Not Auto Sizing (Doc ID 2613872.1)

When processing Open Enrollment in Fluid, the Contact Information toll bar on the right hand side of the Benefits Enrollment page is not auto sizing to the size and resolution of the screen for employees. This is causing confusion for employees as they are not able to see the Submit Enrollment button on the top of the page due to the tool bar being expanded and hiding the button.
In order to see the button and the rest of the OE tiles the employees have to minimize the Contract Information tool bar. They have to do this each time the enter the page.
