E-PIA: Unable to Logon Back after Session Expires Unless Browser is Restarted

When session expires, unable to logon back unless the Browser is closed and opened again. User may get "Error 500-Internal Server Error". This occurs whether using deep link or normal PIA logon URL.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on a deep link: https://xxx.xxxx.com/psc/xxxx/SELFSERVICE/ERP/c/NUI_FRAMEWORK.PT_LANDINGPAGE.GBL?
2. Session times out after a few minutes
3. Try to login using same deep link and getting the below error.
Error 500--Internal Server Error
