Symptoms

On : 09 version, PeopleSoft Cloud Manager

Receiving below error while trying to access HCM PUM Linux instance created using Cloud Manager 09

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a HCM PUM instance from Cloud Manager
2. Try to login to linux instance using Putty
3. See the error as No supported authentication methods
