Symptoms

When trying to access the Register Suppliers page the following error is received even that the user does the Authority to Enter option checked in the User Preferences -> Procurement -> Supplier Processing Authority.

The issue can be reproduced at will by navigating to Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Register Suppliers.
