Symptoms

Manage Applicant:

Group Actions and Other Actions should show actions available however when going into Manage Applicants and selecting Group Actions or Other Actions there are no Actions available.


This issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Manage Applicants
2. Select either Group Actions at the bottom or Other Actions for the individuals
3. Note that no actions appear as shown below
