Symptoms

In PeopleSoft Enterprise Campus Solutions Release 9.2, "Notify Advisee" Button on Advising Notes is Visible When Advising Note Status is Closed and Advisee Access is Set to “No”. 



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Self Service > Advisor Center > My Advisee
2. Click Student Advising Note
3. Click Advising Note
