Symptoms

From Find Learning Page, some Learners are not able to receive some Courses in search results even if in the appropriate Learner Groups.

  

Steps to Replicate the Issue:

1. Log in as a Learner
2. Navigate to Self Service > Learning > Find Learning,  enter a specific Course and click Search icon.
3. Notice no results returned and Learner does exist in the required Learner Groups associated to the Course.
