Symptoms

The Taxable Gross Definitions for DC Family Leave Insurance-Er and Unemployment-ER currently both have Tax Component HSR (Health savings account employer contribution) defined as adding to Taxable Gross.


The Taxable Gross Definitions for DC Family Leave Insurance-Er and Unemployment-ER both should not have Tax Component HSR (Health savings account employer contribution) defined as adding to Taxable Gross.

Wages for DC Family Leave Insurance should be the same wages currently reported for UI according to the Employer Frequently Asked Questions found at https://dcpaidfamilyleave.dc.gov/employers/.

Wages for DC Unemployment Wages do not consider Employer share of contributions to a fund under a plan or system for health insurance benefits according to the 2018 revision of the Department of Employment Services: Unemployment Insurance Handbook for Employers found at https://does.dc.gov/page/ui-tax-employers.
