SQL Error Occurs When Clicking on Line Item Description Link and Clicking on Checkout Instead of Apply in Eprocurement Requisition (Doc ID 2618799.1)

Symptoms


SQL error occurs when clicking on line item description link and clicking on 'Checkout' button instead of 'Apply' button in eProcurement Requisition.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Test Case 1: Edit during initial requisition creation:

1) Create a Requisition with at least one line item being added from Special Request.
2) On Checkout – Review and Submit page, click on Special Request line item Description link to edit the line item.
3) Do not change anything and click Checkout.
4) Click OK on the SQL Message.
5) Click OK on the fatal PeopleCode SQL Message.


Test Case 2: Save and Submit then Edit)

1) Create a Requisition with at least one line item being added from Special Request.
2) Save and Submit Requisition.
3) From Manage Requisition choose Edit requisition.
4) On Edit Requisition – Review and Submit page, click on Special Request line item Description link to edit the line item.
5) Do not change anything, click Checkout.
6) Click OK on the SQL Message.
7) Click OK on the fatal PeopleCode SQL Message.
