Symptoms

When Attempting to Update the eSignature Setup Page, you get an error, 'User with email address xyz is not a member. Contact account owner to add user as a member', if the Docusign User is in Pending Status

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a new DocuSign user to the applicable DocuSign account. Status is Pending
2. Add the user to the Electronic Signature Setup page.
3. Click Save.
