Symptoms
Some Managers are unable to search Employees in the Job Data Search Page
ERROR
No Matching Values Found.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login as a Manager
2. Goto Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
3. Search for Employee
4. Unable to find the employee in the Job Data Search.
