Symptoms

On : 8.57 version, Install and Packaging

When running the SetupPTClient.bat script to setup the PUM PeopleTools client, the following failure occurred:

PermissionError: [WinError 5] Access is denied: 'C:\\PT8.57.08_Client_ORA'
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup the PUM image
2. Access the tools_client folder of the PUM image's base_folder/pt directory
3. Run SetupPTClient.bat
