Symptoms

On : 8.56 version, Change Assistant

When attempting to apply PeopleSoft Release Patch PRJ30480508 to PUM32, the following error occurred at the Change Package Wizard > Check Compatibility screen:

Check 3: Pre-requisite for PeopleSoft Release Patchsets.
Failed
This PeopleSoft Release Patch requires the additional Pre-requisite packages that contains the following bugs to be installed first:
30239458
30008240
30351884
30258596
30189683
30424962

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup the PUM image
2. Download the PRP
3. Configure Change Assistant and apply the PRP
