Symptoms

While Posting Budget Journals with 'Online Mode' option selected in Commitment Control Installation Options, getting an irrelevant message

Steps to replicate:

1. Navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Install > Installation Options - Overall and have Online Mode option selected.
2. Navigate to Commitment Control > Budget Journals > Enter Budget Journals
3. Enter budget journal header and lines and details and post the journal. Then, message pops up.
