Symptoms
Award Profile - Funding Inquiry page (GM_AWD_FUND_INQ) showing incorrect Total Posted Budget, Total Limit, Funded and Posted Budget Amounts
Replication Steps:
1. Create a Proposal, Proposed budget is say $200,000. Submit and generate an award.
2. Finalize the budget.
3. In demo, when generating an award, the contract will have 1 rate based contract line.
4. Notice that the Total Posted Budget Amount is $200,000 in the Award profile - Funding Inquiry page
5. Now open the associated contract.
6. Add an amount based contract line. Associated the same project/activity that was associated with the rate based contract line created earlier when generating the award
7. Go to Amount allocation and then change the fixed fee contract line to have $192,000 and the rate based billing limit to $8000. Overall the Total amount is still $200,000 for the contract.
8. Save.
9. Review the Award profile - Funding Inquiry page
Results:
- Totals at the top of the screen
Total Posted Budget Amount - $400,000 (Incorrect - Expectation is to see $200,000)
Total Limit Amount - $8000 (Incorrect - Expectation is to see $200,000)
- Contract line 1 -- Rate based contract line created when generating the award
Total Posted Budget Amount - $200,000 (Incorrect - Expectation is to see $8,000)
Funded Amount - $200,000 (Incorrect - Expectation is to see $8,000)
Posted Budget Amount - $200,000 (Incorrect - Expectation is to see $8,000)
- Contract line 2 -- Amount based contract line created in step 6
Total Posted Budget Amount - $200,000 (Incorrect - Expectation is to see $192,000)
Funded Amount - $200,000 (Incorrect - Expectation is to see $192,000)
Posted Budget Amount - $200,000 (Incorrect - Expectation is to see $192,000)
