ETL92: Fluid Time Summary Page Display Issues After Editing Previous Period

Symptoms
It appears timesheet page with time already entered is not displayed correctly after navigating to Time Summary using actions at the bottom of the page and arrows to navigate back and forth.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Login as employee via fluid enter time for the prior biweekly period and submit.
2. Click Time Summary go back to week 10/5/19. then click on 10/14/19.
3. Click on Actions at bottom right of the page. Determine if it takes user to Enter Time page to allow edit.
4. Navigate back to using arrows. Determine if navigation is correct and page appears as expected.
