Symptoms
Issue:
When two different users create two different Resources simultaneously one of the two resource profile will not have the Pool Name and EFFDT populated.
Replication Steps:
1) Navigation: Main-->Resource Management-->Establish Resource-->Create Resource
2) Two users (different logins) save the "Create Resource" page (for different resources) at the exact same time.
