From Service Operations Monitor, Message JPM_CAT_SYNC receives an error message or times out.
"Unable to Find a Routing Corresponding to the Incoming Request Message"
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. HCM environment Service Operation JPM_CAT_SYNC integrated with ELM environment Service Operation JPM_CAT_SYNC.
2. From HCM Environment, Administrator logs in
3. Updates a Category for Person Profiles and save, which triggers message JPM_CAT_SYNC.
4. From Navigation: Peopletools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor, message JPM_CAT_SYNC, received an error message.
