ELM 9.2: From Announcement Page, if a Learner Access Course Details Page and Click Return to Previous Page Link, Receives a Message to Report the Issue (Doc ID 2621232.1)

Symptoms

From Announcement Page, if a Learner access Course Details Page in a new window and click Return to Previous Page link, receives a message to report the issue 
 

Error Message:

Report this Issue. There is an Error returning to prior Component.  The workaround is to navigate to the menu path.


Steps to Replicate Issue:

Scenario 1:

1)  Log in as a Learner that is in the Department that Announcement was posted.
2)  Navigate to the Learning Home Dashboard and notice the  Announcements Pagelet
3)  Click on an Announcement Detail and a modal window opens with the Announcement details
4)  Announcement Details is the Course Details Page with enrollment options and
     link "Return to Previous Page" .
5)  If User {clicks link} "Return to Previous Page" , receive error message


Scenario 2:

1)  Log in as a Learner that is in the Department that Announcement was posted.
2)  Navigate to the Employee Self Service Tile, then, {click} Learning Tile
3)  {click} the Announcement Tile, {click}  an Announcement Detail link and a modal window opens with the Announcement details
4)  Announcement Details Tile opens, {click icon} Arrow and Announcement modal page opens with Course link.
5) {click },  Course Title link and a new window opens to Course Details page
6)  Announcement Details is the Course Details Page with enrollment options and link "Return to Previous Page" .
7)  If User {clicks link} "Return to Previous Page" , receive error message
