Symptoms

Information on attachments uploaded by collaborators is not displayed on the View Collaboration page



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : Main Menu > Sourcing > Create Events > Event Details
2. Create an event
3. Add an item
4. Add collaborators
5. Route the event
6. Login First collaborator
7. Navigate : Main Menu > Sourcing > Maintain Events > Event Workbench
8. Search Event and click Available for Checkout icon
9. Click Event Comments and Attachments
10. Enter Comments and add attachment
11. Click Route
12. Click Yes
13. Login Second collaborator
14. Navigate : Main Menu > Sourcing > Maintain Events > Event Workbench
15. Search Event and click Available for Checkout icon
16. Click Event Comments and Attachments
17. Enter Comment and Add Attachment
18. Click Route
19. Click Yes
20. Click View Collaboration
21. Click Comments and Attachments
Issue : Attachment Information are not available.
