GSS Transaction - Change Full/Part Time Status With New Action 'Data Change' Is Not Allowing To Enter Values In Full/Part Time Field

When using new Action 'Data Change' in Change Full/Part Time status transaction in transaction configuration , Full/Part Time Field is greyed out while performing this transaction and cannot enter values.
Delivered Change Full/Part Time status transaction contains Action : Status Change in transaction configuration.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change Action from Status Change to Data Change for transaction id : HR_FULL_PART_STATUS in Transaction Configuration page
Navigation: Main Menu > Setup HCM > Common Definitions > Guided Self Service > Transaction COnfiguration
2. Perform Change Full/Part Time transaction , Manager Self Service > My Team > In Related Actions > Job and Personal Information > Select Change Full/Part Time or Hours
3. Full/Part Time is not available to edit
