Drill to a Journal from Ledger Inquiry displays columns in grid for inactive chartfields

When drilling to the Journal Details from the Ledger Inquiry page, the journal detail grid includes chartfields - CF1, CF2 and CF3 - that are inactive. When going directly to the Journal Inquiry page, the journal detail grid does not display the inactive chartfields. The expectation is that the drill from the Ledger Inquiry page should act the same as the Journal inquiry page since the pages are the same, even if the components are different - Ledger Inquiry is INQUIRY_CRITERIA and Journal Inquiry is JOURNAL_INQUIRY

Inactive chartfield column labels should not be seen in the grid.

Steps to replicate:
1. Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design ChartFields > Configure > Standard Configuration, see that all but CF1, CF2, CF3 are active
2. General Ledger > Review Financial Information > Journals, do not see CF1, CF2, CF3 in grid
3. General Ledger > Review Financial Information > Ledger, "do" see inactive chartfields, CF1, CF2, CF3 in grid
