E-CLOUD - Provisioning a File Server Does not Show any Values for Drop-down for Existing Mount Targets (Doc ID 2623485.1)

Symptoms

Provisioning File Storage Systems Based File Server Does not Show any Values for Drop-down for Existing Mount-points

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Cloud Manager instance through (PeopleSoft Internet Architecture) PIA front end
2. Navigate to Cloud Manager Settings Tile > File Server page
3. Attempt to create a file server using existing mount target by setting "Use Existing mount target" to "Yes"and observe that the drop-down shows no values even if mount targets exist in the tenancy
