Symptoms
When running Update Year-End Reporting Info process, text on the Output report is overlapping and '0' is printing on each page of the report.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply 19-E and W4 patches
2. Navigate Main Menu > Payroll for North America > U.S. Annual Processing > Create W-2 Data > Update Year-End Reporting Info
3. Run the process.
