Symptoms
From Global Search Bar in the header, if User selects the dropdownlist option "All" and enter a search value for a Course or Class Code that the User does not have access such
as Course or Class in a different Learning Environment and Learner Group(s), results are returned for the Course or Class and allows User to enroll if classes are available.
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Log in as a Learner
2. Navigate to Self Service >Learning > Find Learning, at the top of the page in the header, from Global Search Bar, select from dropdownlist option "All" and enter a search value for
a Course or Class Code that the User does not have access.
3. {click} Search Icon, notice that results returned for Course or Class Code and Learner can enroll if classes areavailable.
