EBI9.2: Temporary Bills that Are Invoiced Are Showing Up under Bills Not Invoiced Page

Symptoms
When doing search for Bills Not Invoices from Locate Bills navigation, the result returned Temporary invoices created.
As temporary invoices never gets invoiced, they don't qualify for the criteria Bills Not Invoiced page.
REPLICATION STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Billing/ Locate Bills/ Bills Not Invoiced page and populate search criteria.
2. Search results are showing - invoices in TMR status which should not be displayed.
