Symptoms
From Find Learning for Some Learners, No Results returned for a specific Course that has the required Learning Environment and Learner Group assigned.
Steps to Replicate the Issue:
1. Log in as a Learner
2. Navigate to Tile > Employee Self Service >from Find Learning tile, enter a specific Course and {click} Search button
3. Notice Learner receives a message " No Results Returned"
