PO 9.1 Brazilian Localization: Error when create RTV Fiscal Document (Doc ID 2626423.1)

Symptoms

When save Fiscal Document RTV getting the error:
'A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details. - cannot insert NULL into ("SYSADM"."PS_NF_HDR_BRL"."CHV_NFE_BRL")' 


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create RTV
2. Create Fiscal Doc RTV. Fill out Type and CFOP at header
3. Fill out FT and CFOP at line tb
4. Save. Getting the error: 'A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details. - cannot insert NULL into ("SYSADM"."PS_NF_HDR_BRL"."CHV_NFE_BRL")'
